Apologies for taking too long to write this but I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for my recent boiler service. Not only did you manage to get a guy out to me within about 30 mins to check why my heating wasn’t turning on (embarrasingly, my son had fiddled with it…!) but when James came to do the most thorough service I’ve ever witnessed, he’s performed some kind of miracle! My hot water now actually gets HOT ! without needing to be on for hours! He’s made the boiler so much more efficient. Please do pass on my thanks to him!
